Recent Items
At just a click away, the recent Items button located in bottom right of your Zoho CRM provides instant access to the previous 20 records that you've accessed.
Button Order
If you have buttons to perform actions inside your Zoho CRM, reorder them by simply dragging and dropping them into their desired order with the top button always displayed.
Global Search Display Order
The global search results are displayed in the order that your modules are, if you want to change the order of your results, you can change the order of your modules under Customisation settings > Organise Modules
Lookup Field Hover Details
When hovering over a lookup field you see some details about that record the lookup is linked to. To modify these details in the customisation settings, update the business card of the module that the lookup is connected to.
Related List Columns - Adding
When adding related list items such as products the columns displayed are not able to be modified within the selector. By updating the Quick Create fields on the related module you will be able to change what columns are displayed.
Related List Columns - Assigning
When assigning related list items the columns displayed are not able to be modified within the selector. By updating the selected columns on the default ALL records view in the related module you will be able to change what columns are displayed.
Reorder Workflows
Workflows trigger in the order that they are displayed, ensure that you reorder them to ensure that they trigger in the right sequence.
Reorder Blueprints
Blueprints are assigned to a record the moment that the criteria suits. Ensure that you reorder them to ensure that similar criteria blueprints are assigned to the right records.
Reorder Blueprint Transitions
